We stand united against systemic discrimination, and we expect all members of our regional cricketing networks to uphold these dynamic integrity values both on and off the field.

What We Stand For

The foundational values guiding our grassroots talent hunts rest upon these key ethical rules:

• Equal Opportunities: Unbiased field evaluation protocols for all players across all 18 states.
• Inclusive Behavior: Mandatory respectful decorum from management panels and team selection units.
• Immediate Enforcement: Swift and firm disciplinary action against any confirmed racial violations.
• Diversity Education: Awareness programs to eliminate unconscious bias and foster deep mutual respect.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

We execute a strict, unyielding zero-tolerance protocol against discrimination. Prohibited offenses include:

• Racial abuse or malicious slurs (whether spoken, written, or gestured dynamically).
• Mocking, insulating, or targetting cultural practices, localized accents, or personal religious choices.
• Offensive chants or hostile crowd behavior aimed at discriminating against individuals or groups.
• Prejudiced player draft, team allotment, or targetted exclusion practices by tracking bodies.

Any individual found violating these protocols will face immediate disciplinary measures, including structural match suspension, contract cancellation, financial fines, or lifetime league bans.
