• Athletic injuries or physical illnesses occurred post registration validation.
• Personal family emergencies or localized travel complications.
• Sudden variations in academic plans or corporate schedules.
• Unavailability of a single candidate or complete team squad.
• Climate anomalies, weather interferences, or field access failures.
• Inability to present oneself at designated camp selection times.

All registration allocations are channeled immediately for stadium leasing, official umpiring deployment, technical database setup, logistics organization, uniform preparation, and management resource allocations.

2. Non-Refundable Processing Core

Beyond standard state-trial entries, all associated charges settled for tournament player jerseys, ancillary instructional services, brand sponsorships, or marketing promotions are also rigidly non-refundable. Once a system request is initialized or kits are allocated, values cannot be reversed even under subsequent withdrawal states.

3. Rescheduling Interventions

If an event is adjusted or postponed by the BSCL Governing Board due to unpredicted, uncontrollable situations (such as force majeure disasters, torrential precipitation, governmental safety rules, or abrupt venue constraints), the league will act promptly to:

• Reschedule the specific match selection bracket to a later valid calendar timeline.
• Broadcast updated trial details comprehensively via email registries, SMS matrices, or portal channels.
• Sustain your booked profile footprint safely for the newly assigned schedule.

Consequently, **no refund tracking lines will be generated** regardless of the participant's inability to participate within the adjusted operational window.

4. Finality of Transaction

Please verify your local category constraints, schedule flexibilities, and eligibility before submitting data fields into our secure gateway:

• All system checkouts represent **final, irreversible slot allocations**.
• Candidates hold zero rights to swap, pass, or reassign their trial access codes to a third-party player once transaction confirmation is recorded.
